First, test drive the Volvo of your choice. Once you have found the car of your dreams, contact William Marks and he will place your car order with the Volvo factory, where it is assembled to U.S. specifications. After you arrive in Europe, you may pick up your new vehicle at the Volvo manufacturing plant in Goteborg, Sweden, or one of 11 other European cities.

Features

This may sound like an elaborate way to get a new car, but not only is it a convenient adventure, it can also save you money - up to 8 % off the U.S. Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). Six months Swedish tourist registration and two weeks of European auto insurance are included. Return shipment of your new car to the United States is at no charge. There are no U.S. Customs Duty or port clearance fees for an Overseas Delivery Tourist Program purchase. And when you consider that you will also avoid expensive European rental car costs and return restrictions (from one country to another), the Volvo Overseas Delivery Program is definitely the way to go. Tourist Program

To be eligible for Overseas Delivery as part of our Tourist Program, you must be a U.S. resident and have both a valid driver's license and a passport. You must also be at least 18 years old. Although we're sure you could spend a lifetime exploring Europe, you must send your new Volvo back to the United States within six months of taking European delivery.

Military Program

If you are in the US Military and have been or will be stationed abroad you may be eligible to lease or purchase one of the world's finest automobiles at a special Military rate. To be eligible for Overseas Delivery as part of our military program, you must be a U.S. resident and an active duty member of the U.S. Armed Forces who will be stationed abroad.  You are also eligible if you were previously stationed abroad for at least 140 days.  Delivery is available overseas or in the United States, whichever is appropriate.  For more information, please contact William Marks.  William grew up traveling at a young age.  His father was in the US Military for 27 years. Diplomat Program

Since 1956, the Diplomat Sales Department of Volvo Car Corporation has provided vehicles for official and personal use to the diplomatic community.
If you are a U.S. or foreign diplomat working in America or abroad, or a member of an international organization, you may be entitled to special Overseas Delivery Diplomat Program pricing. 

To be eligible for our diplomat program, you must have the appropriate official passports and visas.

Expatriate Program

To be eligible for Overseas Delivery as part of our expatriate program, you must have a valid passport as well as proof of expatriate status (such as an employment contract or housing agreement), which must be submitted with your car order. You must also establish residence in the U.S. for an extended period (i.e., longer than six months).  This program is primarily designed for European nationalities temporarily residing in the U.S. and offers a unique way to buy a U.S. specification Volvo.  Qualified expatriates can only purchase U.S. specification Volvos for direct shipment to the U.S.  Delivery outside the U.S.  unfortunately can not be accommodated.
